We love the Gallardo family! Our families have been best friends for as long as I can remember. I have so many fond memories of our families beach camping together every summer and spending countless holidays and life events together. We anxiously awaited the arrival of Olivia’s daughter Taylor in 2011 and then 11 months later they did the same with us as we waited for Rowyn. It’s been so fun seeing Rowyn and Taylor interact and I can’t wait for them to experience their own adventures with our families! ::Lauren

I’m so excited to finally share Rowyn’s 1st Birthday party with you! I was honestly a little sad when her party was over. I feel that Rowyn turning 1 was such a milestone (not only did we survive an entire year as first time parents but since our year got off to a rocky start with all of Rowyn’s medical issues so there is a sense of victory knowing we survived all that and are on to hopefully a healthier new year ). We are beyond blessed to now have a healthy, happy, silly and very strong willed 1 year old! Rowyn was so lucky to be surrounded by the most amazing friends and family who helped us celebrate her “Pink Lemonade” themed party in our backyard.

The Ross family lives in Seattle but makes their way down to San Diego every couple of years for a family vacation. I had the opportunity to take photos for them almost two years ago on their last trip to San Diego and was excited for the opportunity to update those family photos! We had a great time hanging out at Torrey Pines State Reserve and beach!

Meet adorable little Emma! Those eyes, they are like her Mommy’s and they are stunning! Just before Christmas we meet with them over at Marian Bear Memorial Park for some family photos and a few individual shots of Emma. The Granum’s are great friends of ours and we were excited to do photos for them!  ::Lauren

We’ve been lucky enough to photograph this little guy since he was an infant! You can check out baby Ethan at less than a month old here and photos from his 6th month shoot here! We have had so much fun seeing this guy through his first year of life. He has not only become a full blown toddler running all over the place but he is the happiest baby with a huge personality!

I had the opportunity to do family photos for the Gordon’s before Christmas. We headed down to one of my favorite spots, Marian Bear Memorial Park and once again this spot did not disappoint.  I had so much fun taking photos of Kyler, he is all boy and definitely kept me on my toes! You’ve might recognize these kiddos, this is my cousin’s family. I’ve been lucky enough to take photos of Milo and Marley since they were born and its so fun to see how much bigger they get from each photo shoot to the next. We headed over to Marian Bear Memorial Park to take some Christmas photos for them and it was so nice there that I brought quite a bit more families over to Marian Bear for their Christmas photos too!

We had the privilege of doing a ton of “Mini Sessions” this November and December. I’m so glad we did them because it was such a great way for families who maybe didn’t need as many photos as my normal “Lifestyle” sessions offer to still get the great family photos they wanted. We met the Dold family on this awesome hiking/biking trail in Rancho Santa Fe that we will definitely be going back to, it was so beautiful! ::Lauren
